Our new Club House is located with a view of the beach from the enclosed porch. The porch is often used for a buffet area and may be closed after serving for easy cleaning with out disturbing your guest. This large open room seats 250 people for dinner. The Club House has a polished concrete floor that is well suited for dancing, yet is able to handle the occasional spills that your guest may have. This building rents for $700 per day, with a $300 deposit. The Banquet Hall is located at the main entrance to Heartland Resort, and is easily accessed by your guest. This is a more intimate hall that seats 200 people, and is free from outside distractions. This building is carpeted, and has a wood dance floor in one area. The Banquet hall rents for $600 per day with a $300 deposit. | |||||||||

CAMPING - Heartland Resort is a family campground, with sites for the full range of campers needs, from a tent site with no hook ups to full service sites with 50-amp service. We have three camping areas to choose from to best suit your camping style. On the lake we have 50 amp full service sites, with a few sites having 30 amps. On the east lake we have water and electric sites only. All sites are only steps from the lake, and have little shade. Our main camping area in a well shaded area east of Sugar creek. This very popular area offers all types of sites including 50-amp full service. There are a limited number of pull thru sites. | |||||||||

FISHING for NON Campers - Only persons paying to camp may fish in either lake.. FISHING for Campers - Campers have several options for fishing. Campers may fish in the East or West Lake and Sugar Creek at no cost. . No license is needed in the lakes however one is required to fish in the creek. Campers may fish at any time, with the pay lake limited to 12 hours per pass. | |||||||||

GOLF - Visit our 9-hole par 3 golf course. This is an excellent course to work on your short game, with holes ranging in length form 85 to 155 yards. The course lies between sugar creek and one of our lakes, forming natural water hazards. The price to play is $6 for 9 holes, or $10 for 18 holes. On Tuesday and Thursday we have specials of $5 for 18 holes. Tee times are not necessary. Pull carts are available for rent. Sorry no rain checks. MINI GOLF

PLAYGROUND - In 1999 we added a new large playground for the children. The playground features swings, barrel slide, and climbing area, all on a deep bed of pea gravel to reduce the chance of injury. | |||||||||

SWIMMING- Â Heartland Resort offers swimming in our large sandy beach every day form 8 AM to sun set. The beach is drained yearly and cleaned to limit plant and fish activity, and is separate from the lake. We also have a large indoor swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please check the schedule for pool hours. Swimming is free for campers, or $4 per person for non-campers, children 3 Â 5 are half price. An adult must accompany children under 14 at all times. Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers. | |||||||||
